Mr Olowokande holds a degree in Accounting from Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State. He has further complemented his academic foundation with a range of professional courses in export business, shipping, and transport management.

Experience

A seasoned commodity trader and business leader with over 15 years of extensive experience in the produce and export industry, Mr Olowokande brings a deep understanding of commodity trading, supply chain dynamics, and procurement strategy to his role as Chairman of Omas.

His career began in 1989 as a Storekeeper at Omogbemi and Sons Limited. By 1991, he had progressed to Procurement Manager in a business partnership with his brother, a role he held until 1995 — laying a strong foundation for his eventual transition into independent commodity trading. Driven by a passion for the produce business and a keen sense for market trends, he has since built a reputation for reliability, strategic sourcing, and market insight. His leadership at Omas reflects a commitment to sustainable growth, value creation, and ethical trading practices.

Ayokunle holds a Master's degree in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom. His academic training, combined with professional exposure to the UK's retail and service industries, provides him with a global perspective that shapes his approach to business development and operational excellence.

As Managing Director of OMAS Commodities Resources Nigeria Ltd, Ayokunle has championed innovation and sustainability in agricultural exports, driving growth in key sectors such as cocoa, cashew, and sesame. He has successfully built robust export networks that connect regional farmers to global markets, simplified supply chains, enhanced quality assurance, and strengthened the competitiveness of Nigerian agricultural products on the international stage.

Ms. Damilola Glory – Director, Operations and Compliance

Education

Ms Glory holds a Bachelor of Science in Demography and Social Statistics and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), combining analytical insight with structured project execution.

Experience

With over three years of experience as an AML/Fraud Analyst and Compliance Analyst, Ms Glory has developed hands-on expertise in transaction monitoring, alert triage (BSA/AML), case investigation, and the drafting of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs). Her work spans KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews, sanctions and PEP screening across OFAC, HMT, and UN frameworks, quality assurance reviews, and policy and SOP updates.

In her current role as Director of Operations and Compliance at OMAS, Damilola oversees organisational processes, ensures regulatory adherence, and drives operational efficiency. Recognised for her diligence, collaboration, and commitment to ethical standards, she continues to elevate operational performance while fostering a culture of accountability and regulatory integrity.

Kudus holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Experience

An accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of progressive experience in auditing, taxation, and financial management, Kudus began his professional journey at Deloitte — one of the world's leading accounting firms — where he developed deep expertise in audit, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, leading high-impact audits across diverse industries.

Building on this foundation, he transitioned into strategic finance roles across the agriculture, manufacturing, and energy sectors. As Chief Financial Officer at OMAS, Kudus shapes the company's financial strategy, oversees risk management, and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting. With a reputation for financial discipline and strategic insight, he continues to support OMAS' vision of growth, innovation, and financial integrity.
